Lu Gold EDC Brazil Ltda provides advisory, coordination and application-management services. We are not a law firm, a real estate brokerage, a foreign exchange institution or an accounting practice. Legal representation is provided by OAB-registered counsel, property brokerage by CRECI-registered brokers, currency operations by authorised financial institutions and accounting by registered contadores, each engaged directly by the client. Figures shown on this site are indicative and do not constitute legal, tax or investment advice.

Lu Gold EDC Brazil Ltda assesses eligibility against the CNIg criteria, structures the approach, builds and audits the documentary file, prepares the source-of-funds chain, engages and briefs the licensed professionals on the matter, holds the schedule across parties and jurisdictions, and manages the application through to the CRNM.

That coordination role is the product. It is also the honest description of our regulatory position: the work that requires a licence is performed by people who hold one.

We do not practise law, give legal opinions, or represent clients before Brazilian authorities. That is the exclusive function of lawyers registered with the Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil.

We do not act as real estate brokers, hold or negotiate on a brokerage mandate, or receive brokerage commission in place of a CRECI-registered broker.

We do not execute foreign exchange, hold client money for transfer, or operate as a payment or remittance institution. Currency operations are executed by institutions authorised by the Banco Central do Brasil under a contrato de câmbio.

We do not provide accounting, bookkeeping or tax filing services, which are performed by contadores registered with the CRC.

We do not provide investment advice, recommend securities, or make representations about the return, yield or resale value of any property or company.

Thresholds, ITBI rates, cartório emolumentos, registry fees, federal charges, translation and apostille costs and timelines vary by município, estado and case, and change without notice. Exchange rates move daily; the rates used across this site carry the date on which they were set.

The estimator and the comparison tools model costs. They do not quote them. No figure on this site is a quotation, an offer, or a commitment to a price by us or by any third party.

Reading this site, using its tools, downloading an estimate, or sending us a message does not create an attorney-client relationship or any duty of confidentiality arising from one. Immigration outcomes in Brazil are determined by the Conselho Nacional de Imigração, the Ministério da Justiça e Segurança Pública and the Polícia Federal, applying their own criteria and discretion to the file in front of them. No consultancy, no law firm and no broker can guarantee approval, timing, or the continued availability of any route on its current terms.

Anyone who guarantees you a Brazilian residency outcome is either misdescribing their role or misdescribing the process. What can be committed to is the quality and completeness of the file, and that is what we commit to.
