We do not perform the regulated functions. Counsel, brokers, authorised currency institutions and accountants do, each engaged directly by you. What we do is run the process around them so that nothing waits on an unassigned task. Filter by actor to see exactly where the responsibility sits.
Before anything is filed, we establish whether the capital, its documentary history and your own circumstances will withstand scrutiny. Most files that fail later fail here, unexamined.
