Where the site describes Brazilian law, resolutions or fee tables, it describes them as we understood them on the verification date shown on the page. Rules, rates and administrative practice change, sometimes without notice.

The cost estimator, the readiness assessment and the comparison tools produce indicative outputs from the figures you enter and from published rates held in our configuration. They are modelling instruments, not quotations and not a determination of eligibility.

Inputs to these tools are stored in your own browser so you can return to them. Clearing your browser storage removes them.

Using this site, downloading an estimate or submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship, a brokerage relationship or any advisory engagement. An engagement begins only under a signed engagement letter, and legal representation begins only under a separate engagement with OAB-registered counsel.

You agree to provide accurate information, not to use the site to launder proceeds or evade exchange controls, not to submit another person's data without their authority, and not to scrape, republish or resell our content or tool outputs.

The text, analysis, tools, data models and design of this site belong to Lu Gold EDC Brazil Ltda. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce substantial parts, or use them to train or fine-tune a model, without written permission.

To the extent Brazilian law permits, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on indicative figures, third-party content, linked sites, or the unavailability of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under the Código de Defesa do Consumidor where it applies.

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, and the courts of the Comarca de São Paulo, Estado de São Paulo, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any forum a consumer is entitled to by law.
